"Every time I tried to talk to someone over the phone or go into this place they were extremely rude and unwilling to work with me. Was charged more than 50% of the initial policy I setup within 30 days..... no explanation, notifications or warning. Go somewhere else people. They will NOT work with you or explain anything here."

"I have been a customer of Jay's for 24 years, I have had 4-5 cars insured at any given time, my wife and I both had life insurance policies and our home owners policy with him. Recently I tried to get a new vehicle policy on an old project car I am building. To begin with the lady that worked there would never return my calls and tell me what was going on. When I called her back, then she told me it was too high risk. They didn't even try to work with me to figure out a way to get it covered, just said their hands are tied. When I told her that maybe I would cancel all my policies and move insurance companies she didn't even try to win me back, like I dont even matter to them. They used to have wonderful customer service but obviously they have new staff there that doesn't care who stays a customer. So in conclusion I would not recommend them to anyone."

"I have been with Jay for 15 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. I have my cars and house insurance with him and also my retirement plan. We have needed to use our home owners and car insurance due to hail damage and it has been painless. At one point my wife looked around at other insurers to save money, but the couple of dollars we might save doesn't offset the customer service we get with Jay."

"I've used this company for 6 year prior never once had a problem was always treated well, then I bought a new car and decided it was time my wife and I got our own insurance, (had been on with her parents) so I needed two cars and renters insurance, well my father in law called and canceled his insurance for our vehicles and I went to get our own I was told it would be 120 a month I thought that was fair for two vehicles and renters, so I said go ahead then I got the bill for the complete opposite plan we had sit down and discussed, well the bills comes it's for one car no renters and they didn't even add on my second vehicle until I called to see if my insurance had been done, well needles to say when I called and asked questions and told the lady this is not what I had asked for I got nothing but attitude and basically got called a lier for stating she had made a mistake I will no longer be with this company. Customer service goes along way.. then when I asked to speak to Jay the actual agent I got nothing but excuse in why I was not able to speak with him, because his out of town, this is a client speaking."
